By agreeing to this terms of use policy, I agree to allow the MIS PTV to contact me via email, phone, physical mail, or any other means of contact I have provided in my account or this signup process. In joining a class or grade group on WhatsApp, I understand that my contact information may be visible to other group members, depending on the privacy and security settings I have set in WhatsApp. I understand that social media accounts and platforms like WhatsApp, have their own privacy policies, terms of use, and security settings, not controlled or managed by the PTV. 

 

I also agree to comply with the PTV code of conduct: 
 
1. Be kind and polite 
We are all responsible for a kind and polite way of communicating with each other. We treat each other with respect. Discussions are normal but we keep them constructive and polite. 
 
2. No hate speech or mobbing 
Everyone needs to feel safe and mobbing of any kind is not allowed. Negative comments based on ethnicity, religion, culture, heritage, gender, or identity are not going to be tolerated. 
 
3. No advertisement or spam 
Be active in our group chats, but do not post advertisements unless specifically admitted by your group admin. Spam and non-relevant links are not permitted. 
 
4. Respect the privacy of other members 
We trust each other with personal information in these groups. Do not share this information with anyone outside of this group. This includes the contact information of group members without their consent and pictures. 

Non-compliance with the terms of use policy and the PTV code of conduct will result in exclusion from all groups/clubs and cancellation of the PTV membership.
