Representatives Overview
Our wonderful Representatives are the heart of the PTV!
A Representative leads (or coleads) a particular group, and is the face of the PTV for said group. They help build community, drive engagement among families, and uphold the values of the PTV to the best of their abilities.

Representative Recruitment
To fulfill our vision of celebrating Unity through Diversity, the PTV Board seeks to encourage more parents to participate as Representatives. Therefore, we will open an application window in late spring for the following year. Once all applications have been received, the Board will make the final decision in partnership with the Rep Coordinator. Parents will be notified of the outcome of their application by the end of the school year.
For the AY25-26 School, the application window will be open from April 28 to May 19. We will be sending out a link to a simple application form that shouldn't take more than a few minutes to fill out.
All Representatives, both new and returning, are expected to attend one of the in person Rep Orientation sessions offered at the beginning of the school year. The intention of the Orientation is to review the guidelines and responsibilities, as well as to connect and build relationships.
