The PTV has a variety of equipment that has been procured over the years to facilitate events like Winterfest and Frühlingsfest, including wine glasses, water glasses, plates, chafing dishes, coffee and hot water urns, etc. With advance notice, other interested groups can request to borrow equipment for their own purposes. Here is how to do so:

• Click the "Request Form" button below and fill out the form with the requested information

• In order to coordinate equipment pickup, we ask that requests are made as far in advance as possible, with at least a week's notice

• One of our PTV board members will reply to your request within 3 business days to arrange a pick up time

• Equipment Pickup and Drop-off times will coincide with school start and end times, with our preferred time being Mondays at 09:00

• Equipment must be returned in clean condition, at an agreed upon time.
